I do not think any form of crash dieting is safe. It is never safe to lose weight quickly. The safest way to lose weight is slow and steady. Weight should be lost by following a healthy diet and exercise routine. You should never starve yourself or eat only certain thing. Eat a healthy well balanced diet. Losing weight too fast or starving yourself can cause many health problems, some that can even be life threatening.
