What foods to add to my diet if I am low on iron ?

Being iron deficient can make you feel so worn but and have no energy , that's tough when you are a mom trying to run around after kids all day . Dark green leafy veggies and lean red meat is a good thing to add to your diet ,also dried fruits ,artichokes , beans , lentils and chickpeas . If you are still having issues getting your iron up with food I would probably check with your docor and they may start you on a supplement .
