The brat diet is a great way to go for a bland diet for adults or kids . Bananas , rice, apple sauce and toast . Plain chicken broth would also be good and saltine crackers or other crackers like that . Plain cheerios are good . plain cooked or uncooked veggies , ones that are not acidic . Plain eggs are also good for a bland diet .
