I realise that in every day life we should be eating healthy, balanced diets and I do, (with the odd chocolate bar, cheesecake slice or latte stuck in there for pure pleasure)

But apparently according to a lot of midwives, your diet - and getting in at least 30 mins of exercise per day (for you and your man) can make a big impact on your fertility..

A friend of mine who is a midwife actually gave me ideas on how to avoid buying vitamins and get all my nutrition from food - we are on a bit of a tight budget at the moment so spending $80 a month on vitamins isn't possible for us right now.
