Why buy expensive Christmas presents for grandparents when kids can make make them?

Few grandparents can resist handmade ornaments from their grandchildren. You can use kids' white acrylic painted finger tips or hand prints on solid colored ornaments to make snowmen. Use a black Sharpie marker to fill in the rest of the details. Don't forget to include the child's name and year!

Make a pen and pencil holder by gluing some colorful felt or paper to an empty aluminum can. Decorate with markers, felt shapes, stickers or glitter glue.

Create a unique bookmark by taking a picture of your child and printing it out in wallet size. Laminate the picture, punch a hole in the top and thread a piece of yarn through.
