Is it impossible? No, it's not. If baby can't breathe while breastfeeding, having large breasts may be the culprit, but it's also easily managed.

The "C" hold is your best friend, especially in the early months when baby is unable to position his or herself very much. The "C" hold is when you literally make your hand into a "C" to optimize nipple access and hold back the extra breast flesh. It aids baby in latching well without worrying about breathing issues.
