Getting on all four (your hands and knees) can help turn your baby into a better position for labor. This position can be done in bed or on the floor. This position can help turn your baby naturally by using gravity. Do it for twenty minutes at a time every hour. Stay upright the rest of the time by walking around or sitting. Laying on your back will only keep the baby in the posterior position.
