The best foods you can feed them are:

-Foods high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids (tuna, salmon, white fish, nuts)

-Complex Carbohydrates (like apples, pears, oranges or orange juice, kiwi)

-Spinach...I know most kids won't eat spinach, but you can hide it in smoothies, pasta sauce, etc.

-Cereal makes a great breakfast option...multi-grain cereal, not Fruit Loops or cereals like that filled with sugar.
