there were little things that would make it a tad bit better. Like a hot rice pack between my legs (I just grabbed an old sock, threw some rice in it and microwaved it). Also, staying off of your back helps. Keep your legs as close together as possible when you're moving around, for example when you get out of bed, don't swing one leg off.
