It is certainly possible to become pregnant if you have PCOS. Fertilitea is one method to aid in ovulation without medical intervention. You can also get Clomid and/or Metformin from your doctor. There's also IVF as a possibility. Sometimes, just being patient will also turn into pregnancy.

You can get pregnant if your are diagnosed with PCOS. It may not be easy, but it's definitely doable for some people. If you have irregular periods, your doctor will most likely put on you Provera to induce a period. Then he/she will have you take Clomid and Metformin to allow you to ovulate. It may not happen the first month, but keep trying and try not to stress out!
