Postpartum depression is common and can happen to anyone. It is nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about. If you think you are suffering from postpartum depression please seek out help. Let your friends and family know how you are feeling, call your doctor, or reach out to a support group.


I had PPD and i had a hard time with it but I tried to keep from isolating myself. The more i isolated myself, the longer it took to get over it. Any thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, you need to seek medical help ASAP.
