It is normal and common to have pains and twinges during pregnancy. When you experience these pains try changing positions. Take some slow deep breaths and try to relax. Now is a great time to start practicing those relaxation and breathing exercises that help with labor pains. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Light daily exercise can help reduce the frequency of these pains and twinges.
