Child with walking pneumonia: symptoms and treatment

Message length 300 characters recommended

Walking pneumonia sounds really scary, but luckily is easily treatable.
Symptoms include: cough with very little mucous, fever, chills, sore throat and feeling tired/weak.

There are two ways to figure out if you have walking pneumonia. One is through chest xray and the other is through a blood test. The blood test is almost never done though unless the xray is inconclusive.

Your doctor may or may not prescribe antibiotics. Generally they look at how long you have been sick and if you seem to be mostly over the symptoms. If you are not then likely they will prescribe the anti biotic.

You know, I don't think any mother aims to be a single mom. I didn't wish for that, but it happened.
