Newborn constipation: using glycerin suppositories

Message length 300 characters recommended

You can use glycerin suppositories for newborn constipation but it isn't always necessary. One thing you can do that is a bit less invasive is to use a thermometer. Simply by gently entering the tip of the thermometer into the baby's bottom, you may be able to get the stool moving again. If you use glycerin suppositories, be sure to use some kind of lubricant before inserting.
