During pregnancy it is very important to stay well hydrated. Dehydration during pregnancy can cause swelling, contractions and even preterm labor.

To try to rehydrate yourself from home you can:

- Drink sips of water.

- Suck on ice chips.

- Eat a Popsicle.

- Drink sips of chicken broth.
