If you're having fertility problems due to polycystic ovarian syndrome, I can't recommend FertiliTea or some other supplement with Vitex (chasteberry.) It really does help to fix your cycle.

Soy isoflavones meant for menopause also can aid in ovulation if taken for a few days in the beginning of your cycle.

First we tried Clomid which is a very popular ovulation inducing drug that many women take with success. I was not one of them. The next month we tried Femara which is sometimes used in fertility treatments and is also used to treat breast cancer. That round was also unsuccessful. Our next step was to try a combination of pills and shots. I took the Femara on days 3 through 7 of my cycle and then took the lowest dose of FSH shots (Bravelle) on days 7 through 11.

My doctor told me that I was not ovulating and said I had cysts, most likely PCOS.So outside of testing we really didn't use the doctor, just the homeopathic stuff. But the tea is delicious and has some other stuff that is supposed to help with conception.
