So I want to exercise to squats to get my tummy back to flat and legs back to skinny. but how to do that with not my knee hurting me... I have a lot of questions..
try yoga. alot of the poses are stationary. and the longer you hold a position the more burn you will feel. also i am a big fan of planks for toning the whole body. hold those for 30 seconds to a minute.
I do yoga also
There are many non impact exercises you can do... here is an article that I found that gives you some examples!
