Time to get skinny

after almost four months of lounging around and eating everything in sight it is time to get back in shape. i gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Tomorrow I start the Slimfast plan and next month I intend to incorporate some gym time a couple days a week. I'm starting at 211 lbs and my goal is 170 which is ten more pounds than my preprego weight. wish me luck!
