Tips for babies getting flat heads

I'm hoping you lovely ladies can help me. My son is getting a flat area at the back of his head and I feel awful. I'm a first time mommy and I am at a loss as to what things I can do to help stop it from getting worse.
Can anyone please help! I'd appreciate all the advice I can get.

Its normal. Its cause by them laying on their backs and having the back of their head laying on your arm durning feedings. The heads do even out when they start moving around more. You can also hold your baby differently when you feed him. Sleep a little on their side can help too. And belly time helps alot too. Don't feel bad my daughter had a flat spot too. Its almost gone now that she is moving all over the place.
