What is a good diet and workout regimen to get back to pre pregnancy size? I have 18 pounds to lose and I am eager to get back to the size I used to be!!
I am sure there are ladies out there on moms. com will have some advice... I am a bad one to ask... I never stick with anything! LOL!
haha! I have a hard time as well!! I was doing yoga everyday but I just had to have my gallbladder removed and now my workout/diet routine is put off!! I am looking for something that will be pretty easy to stick with lol!
I am trying Zumba ... so far so good!
Haha! Well I mainly do squats and walking, it's a good start, and I also mainly eat fish and salmon ( I don't eat beef or pork), and occasionally chicken, not often. I would also recommend eating as much raw foods as possible.
raw foods have always scared me... well raw meat that is!
Haha! I mean raw foods as in fruits and vegetables.
ah ok! That sounds better to me ... but I know some people follow an all raw diet wasn;t sure if that was what you were talking about!
Lol. Oh no, really? Raw meat?
Cut out red meats they take longer to digest in your system so eat those once in awhile try for one meal every other week. Lots of greens and fruits as well as chicken. Believe it or not the more you snack during the day is going to jump start your metabolism up again, but you have to work out..start with a small amount of reps for cunches squats running leg lifts burpees jumping squats, and work your way up tp more but you have to do it everyday and only give yourself one break day a week, and if you do this then you can cheat once and awhile on your diet. I was 115 after I had my son and now im back to 97 lbs and a lot more tone then I was before. Its hard to get down and back to your pre body, im still working on it but I also just started to really try and lose the weight and tome out as well. You will get there just make sure you have someone supporting you too or setting yourself a goal like bikini weather or buy a pair of pants or dress that you would have fit in pre pregnancy and work your way back to that size, but it wont happen over night but you work hard I and stick to it I bet in 3 or 4 months you will see a big difference
