I slept well.. well, I slept .. and I'm just so sleepy and want to curl up on the couch and nap, but I cannot..
What do you do when you feel that way? Do you drink coffee? Vitamins? Energy drinks?
Apple juice is suppose to be a good alternative to coffee, that's what I drink in the afternoon as well as a lot of water.
When I'm at work and get tired from sitting on my desk, I take a 10-15 minute walk and that helps!
I do t do caffeine at all, my friend who sells Advocare stuff gave me this energy drink called Spark it works well
