Sleeping Better!

So the last week or so I hadn't been really sleeping the best.. constantly flipping, turning and trying to get comfortable.. then I would look at the clock and it would be 5am.. eek!

I was trying to think of things I had done differently or what might have made me so restless.. well I finally remembered, I hadn't been using my lavender essential oil at night.. so last night.. I dabbed some on and..

CUE THE SINGING ANGELS!

I don't think I barely MOVED from the initial position I was in.. it was amazing how great I slept.. and I will NOT be forgetting to dab my oil on at night anymore.. seriously, hello peaceful sleeping :)

Do you all have any tricks that help to make you sleep better?​

    My husband sleeps on the couch right now. I am too big and take over the majority of the bed.

      Not at this point in my pregnancy. I am so large now that I physically have to sit up to roll over. I am a wild sleeper, so cue the up 20 million times a night. Add that to mr. playing trampoline on my bladder, and yeah, I have a long night of no sleep.

      Not really. My body pillow helps, but I am also nocturnal, and try to sleep at night is hard anyway.
