I would always give my kids the mashed potatoes & carrots in small portion only.

Start giving them bit by bit of mashed fruits: fresh banana, avocado & ripe papaya. I gave them a little of Chicken soup too.

    True, big attraction! plus real fresh fruits are really good for them than ready made.
