I'm a breastfeeding mom and I'm in the process of trying to lose weight by exercising, cutting down my portions, and eating more often than waiting long hours and over eating. Plus, I have to eat to provide milk, do I have my moments, also I get so dehydrated after nursing, any tips other than drinking a on of water?! What are your super mom snacks? I eat granola, nuts and dried fruit mix, grapes, yogurt, and wheat bread with peanut butter and banana slices.
