Should I get a shot that will last for 3 yrs or get my tubes tied I'm 22 going to be 23 in April n I'm not ready to have a Child yet n I do have the Mirena IUD in now n it has moved more in n I don't fill safe.

    What are your state regulations for tube tying? I live in Ohio,I was 32 when I had my 1st and I asked for this because he was born with cardiac issues,i was denied because he was my 1st and my husband was only 26. My neighbors both 26 and 3 kids were denied because of their age. Also tube tying is forever the shot gives you 3 years to "play" and do what you want

      Michelle ~ Have you talked to your doctor about your options since you are so young? i think the doctor might be able to give you some advice on the permanantcy of the two choices

        I'm going to do the shop and waited out and see if I'm to be able to have a kid with the health issues that I have and if it looks like it's going be too bad then I'll go ahead and get them tied
