How to make deodorant for children

I have never done this but have wanted to because we have chemical sensitivities, plus our kids know the dangers or aluminum in deodorants. Making our own would also be cheaper. I think it will probably be easy to do, it's just a matter of doing it.

I just googled it and the first result has a recipe:

and we have all the ingredients! I am so going to try this. Have you made your own deodorant?

I'll try to remember to let you and Kim know how it goes. I doubt I'll get a chance in the next couple of days, but as soon as a I do...

I haven't bought powder since my girls were little. Didn't think of that. Not sure how effective it is or even what ingredients are in baby powder. Interesting that athletes use it.
