Back to Breast Feeding

So, I'm curious. I breast fed my son for about a month, and my breasts wouldn't produce a lot of milk, therefore I could not continue breast feeding my son. He has a milk protein allergy, but his Ped. said that he would probably have outgrown it by 6 months. I'm seriously considering asking my breast feeding counselor if there's a supplement that will cause me to lactate again so that I can breast feed my baby (who's 5 months now) I'm really hoping it's possible because I want the best nutrition possible for him. Do yall think it's possible?
