Eating A Lot During Pregnancy
At no point during pregnancy do you ever need to eat "a lot" the whole "eating for two" thing is a myth. You should try and eat healthy and have good snack throughout the day to keep your energy up. My doc told me you only really need to add an extra 300 calories to your diet while pregnant and you don't really need to do that until the second trimester. And keep in mind an extra 300 calories really isn't a ton. Of course feel free to indulge those cravings once in a while! The main thing is just to maintain a healthy diet and drink lots of water.
