..sticking with your routine!

The biggest tip here is to continue what you had being doing before you got pregnant.. You can't start up a new routine while being pregnant, it's just not safe.. So make sure you are active beforehand and most things you can continue doing! I find that prenatal yoga is typically always safe for expecting Mamas too! :)
