Yesterday was my first day back to work full time in the office. I was working from home the last few months after coming of maternity leave. I am already having trouble balancing work, baby, diet, and exercise. Any advice out there?
I would say... sort out, in your heart and mind, what works for YOU. For the longest time I tried to do things the way I always thought they should be... or how everyone else did them.. but hello, you are not everyone else. Do what works for YOU. If it means planning ahead meals.. making time to work out somehow.. or hunting if the job is right for you.. do what makes YOU (and your family) happy, and no one else.
You go girl! I actually started implementing this dry erase board calendar.. I marked what days I want to do WHAT cleaning and important things around the house.. go figure, just that small change has REALLY helped haha
My issue is once I start working, I don't usually stop and I really need to get other stuff done. A lot of my blog stuff is busy work - checking emails, looking for paid opps, social media, participating in blogger groups, but it's all unpaid work and a time eater. It's all good and helps but I need a time limit. Thus the new schedule and hopefully better coordination of the whole family.
..that's so true Theresa.. I find myself doing that too! Have you ever tried those site apps that limit what sites you let yourself go to for a set number of hours? I have always wanted to try those to stay off Twitter or FB for a chunk of time throughout the day!
