I have been suffering from really bad insomnia since the summer. I have tried multiple natural and medical remedies and nothing really works. I have read that it is common for moms to suffer from insomnia. Sometimes I just wish I could turn my brain off and get some sleep.
Do you suffer from insomnia? Advice?
