Question from my mom. (: (advice anyone?)

i have a question, my mother has been ttc since i was age 5 years old, at the the age of 40 she finally went to see a doctor about her problem and it was discovered endometriosis was her problem, her tubes were completely blocked,so she had them do the surgery to clean her out and he put her on hormon shots for 6 months, now that was 4 years ago, since then shes had normal periods every 28 days and still is ttc, as of the month of febuary she completely missed her period, but did at one point that month come across some blood after using the restroom and that was the end of that, its now march the 3rd and its still a no show, she took 2 pregnancy test a week ago, then 2 more last night (her period was due feb 5th) they all came back negitive, i am asking this question for her, she hasnt made an appt yet to see her doc, but shes having period syms, any ideas of what could be going on? shes kinda freaking out.

shes 45, the doc discribed maybe begin stages, i guess the doc thinks shes not producing enough estrogen.
