..how fitting!

Well since Monroe is literally turning ONE MONTH tomorrow.. I figured I would share what's happening and working for us.. overall, I think we are just NOW getting used to him.. that might sound crazy, but I think just learning about your baby takes time.. anyone else feel this way? Especially if it's your first. My husband came home today and said I finally seemed happy and like my old self and confident with Monroe.. I said it's probably because when we brought him home he needed me SO much but I still felt like I didn't know him.. just trying to meet his needs. Anyways.. we are slowly learning what he likes his routine to somewhat look like.. let's be real here, he's still SUPER tiny :) But his days and nights are getting sorted better.. he loves to sleep at night (KNOCK ON WOOD) and during the day I am trying to establish somewhat of a routine.. about 2 solid good naps during the late morning and early afternoon.. I try to do play mat play time.. and tummy time.. we also read a book and dance/sing.. ha, we really do! Today he got bath.. but not every day... and also a late evening nap too! What a life, right? Still trying to get the hang of it.. I'm sure it will change a zillion times too :)

What about you Mamas and a schedule for your 1 month old?

That's great! To be able to feel more comfortable and find that routine that works is everything! Happy for you! It took me awhile to figure things out too. :)
