What Type Of Exercise Do You Like?
With spring on the horizon I have new motivation to get back to working out. I like to switch up what I do so I thought i'd ask what you enjoy. I like running, and "boot camp" style workouts. But I also enjoy Yoga a Pilates. Running though is what I do most, because it's easy, free and I can bring the baby with me. What do you like?
I used to be a runner but my asthma put a halt to that. Even brisk walking can get me wheezy, I hate it.
Never tried pilates, it looks interesting though!
