Pressure near the end of pregnancy

It is very common to feel pressure in your bum or vaginal area toward the end of your pregnancy. The baby has grown in size and has probably dropped down into your pelvis. To relieve some of the pain and pressure try getting on your hands and knees and doing some pelvic tilts. Sitting on an exercise ball can also help relieve some of the pressure.

I had a pregnancy belt that helped relieve some pressure in my lower abdomen in some of my pregnancies. I didn't use it in all of them. I never really got on my hands and knees or did anything else.
