When can babies start eating baby food

Pediatricians recommend that your baby doesn't start eating baby food until they're about 6 months old. Then start with vegetables first like green peas and acorn squash or sweet potatoes before fruit so your baby will like the taste and texture. You can also start baby cereal at this age too.

We started cereal at 4 months but our pediatrician told me to wait on it , probably because i'm still breast feeding and she said to start with veggies at 6 months so we've got another month to go!
