Moms, what is your favorite aspect of yoga?

Physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. I really enjoy the different poses and stretches. When you begin yoga you start by gentle movements, the physical aspect where we become aware of our body and where our stress and tension is. Mental part of yoga, concentration and relaxation is definitely something in which we all require. Meditation helps get in the mind set. Spiritual aspect is your feelings, attitude and motivation behind every thought.
yoga means "unity of the physical and mental energies".

    I have never done yoga so I cannot share my favorite part. I have heard good things about it though.

    I love it, I do yoga every morning, then I do pilates with my baby.

      You don't have to be, it's more relaxing just doing a few simple moves.

        I don't do yoga. When I have.. it seems to smell like sweaty bums and people breathing heavily... and I have to stifle a laugh like i'm in grade school...

        I prefer to get a good hard 30 minutes of hard cardio and weights in and then be done.. I think I'd fall asleep in yoga... but I wish I were the type... it seems to have changed some peoples lives...

        I do it at home, I can't do cardio much so I do pilates for that.
