For breakfast each morning I would toast an english muffin, melt cheese on it and then dip it in Worcestershire sauce. Odd, I know. Other than that, I craved chicken cobb salad, gummy worms, strawberry licorice and waffles.
I know, totally odd! But, I was SO excited to eat it every morning! Never got sick of it!
Not immediately. I started getting nauseous at around 8 weeks. It lasted until around 20 weeks. However, my morning sickness was literally just in the morning. Once I threw up, I was fine. Five minutes later I was eating! Some mornings I would dry heave. I found that to be more painful than actually throwing up! Smells were definitely a trigger though!
