Ah.. Pillows!

So I used a pillow, just a normal one.. and would hug it :) It really worked for me.. sometimes I used a giant blanket, that way the whole darn thing could tangle up in my legs where I needed more support! My left side always felt amazing.. because the blood flows that way to your heart and can really help relax you too!
