Jillian Michael's Killer ab 30 minute workout.

i just started this work out 3 days ago, its really kicking my ass (pardon the language) im not one to waste my time on something that doesnt work, a total peeve of mine, altho i can says its doin something, im curious if anyone else has done this workout and if so, what was your end result?

    I've got a few dvd's that work for me. i'm into pilates. I have a total body workout by Jillian Micheals too.

      Nice. I'll have to check it out. I really like Winsor Pilates. It really works for me I think. It tones and shapes you quickly! I also like Shaun T's dance workouts! But Winsor pilates is my main favorite for results. I add in rubber bands and weights too with a few moves from other workouts. Definitely see a different within 30 days.

      i think ill be checking out the ones you mentioned.:) ive always perfered the dance workouts over just regular workouts, but gave up on them beacause i couldnt find a good one! i also use weights with the killer ab workout :) im deff opened to trying a series of diffrent workout styles! hoping itll work quicker. lol my husband suggested i begin every morning with my normal Yoga & then go straight to the 30 minute workout, for some i reason i hadnt thought of that and completely gave up on the yoga when i got the killer abs dvd. im 110 pounds and all i wanna do is get toned up for the summer, so im hoping something will work!

      lol yes i enjoy the pain & burn, theres nothing more satisfying to me than feeling that & getting sore mid afternoon due to the workout! i cant help but get excited! haha
