Did I finally get a chance to sit down for a few minutes?

It's after 1pm here and today has been as hectic as ever. I have been running all morning long, after I dropped the kids off at school I had my ob/gyn appointment, everything is looking good with the baby and no worries so I'm happy about that. I had no one to watch Cody, Nick and Chloe so I had to take them with me and they did good playing while I waited for them to call me in. Another lady that was in there asked me if this was my fourth child and I said no I have five more kids in school right now, this is my ninth, her jaw about hit the floor when I told her how many kids I have. Then we went in and the kids waited in the room with me until I was done with the doctor, I go back in two weeks. Then I realized that I had to stop and get diapers for Cody, I thought I bought some more last time but I guess it slipped my mind, so I did a little more shopping and got some things for tonight. Emily's friend is here all weekend and we had a pizza night last night, tonight I'm not even sure what to have yet. Should I make something or just get some take out for the kids? I really don't feel like cooking a lot tonight. Well the weekend is here, at least in a few hours it will be. Hope everyone is having a great Friday.

Thank you so much Sheila. Oh I know I get that all the time, people say you don't look old enough to have a lot of kids but I do and I love it. She does like to cook so I might do that and see if she wants to make something, she's cooked before when I didn't feel like cooking and did a good job, I bought everything and she made it. I have to go shopping tomorrow too, I just know I'm going to spend a bunch on groceries.

I have always loved cooking too, I learned from my Grandmother and have taught Emily things as well. She seems to like baking and I have taught her how to follow recipes and things.

Thank you so much Meg, that makes me feel good. I have those hectic days a lot but I just keep on moving the best that I can, even if I don't feel like it I do the best that I can. I'm doing pretty good just getting this big belly in front of me to stare at, at least for three more months. We do the very best that we can to be the best parents that we can be and I do notice in the kids that they are happy and of course healthy which is important.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing this weekend yet, I just got home from getting the kids from school and Emily has agreed to cook for everyone, so that'll be nice that I get a break from that. Hopefully I can just relax at least a little bit this weekend.
