Something he'll read

I wanted to find books that I knew my husband would read and that we could use later. So I picked up "show mom how" and "show dad how". They have great picture instructions on how to take care of a baby and labor and delivery info. We also picked up the "The Baby Owner's Manual" and "The Toddler Owner's Manual". Both are great for information, recomendations, and quick refernces. But they are written like a technical manual, in a funny way. They refer to the pedicatrician as the service provider and talk about programming the baby. I should point out my husband is a computer programmer.

I had my first child in April 2013, just before our one year anniversary. Riley has been an absolute joy and I love every minute of being mom. But I am the first among my friends to have a child, so there isn't always an easy place to go for advice.
