stress

sometimes i get so stressed out. my stomach turns to knots and my forehead VIBRATES. i dont think thats a good thing XD

      Practice relaxation exercises and breathing techniques. They are great for helping calm your body, keep your emotions under control, regulating your blood pressure and pulse rate and so much more.

      By the way, I hate having to talk to the insurance company so I totally feel your pain.
