Taco Cupcakes and Meatloaf Cupcakes for the family.

When my husband is working extra overtime, the kids love when I make spinach and chicken calzones or spinach quiche for breakfast.

I've never done either as cupcakes. Sounds like a great idea, Danielle.

i make chicken fingers using fresh boneless skinless chicken and i dip in flour, then egg the crushed sour dough hard pretzels(mixed with seasonings). I also make this taco stuff but mix spanish rice and shredded cheese into it and melt the cheese on top and we don't use shells we eat them out of tostido's scoops. those are the 2 favorite meals here.

Pork chops with pan gravy and fried potatoes is the number one favorite for me and my girls, and fried rice with bacon for DH. Other favorites are Swedish meatballs, Loco Moco's and quesadias.

Theresa ... my family is right there with yours on favorites... although the children do love their pork tenderloin... I try to do a turkey tenderloin though because it is healthier!
