Baby Blues can be very common in women who just had a sweet baby.. your hormones are doing crazy things in your body.. and you have zero control over that.. aside from the hormones.. life has just changed drastically too... a new baby is home, sleep is not like it used to be, you are taking care of someone else before yourself.. and things might just feel chaotic or "out of whack".. I would suggest talking to your partner or family.. being surrounded by love and support can make a huge difference, even on the days that feel off or sad to you.. baby blues are common.. but if they keep lasting and get worse, if you ever feel like hurting yourself or harming your baby.. that is not normal. Always being open and honest with your doctor is key too! There are also hotlines to call - google them - for help and support!
