Oh i was foolish to think that my sleep would be great i refuse to take naps because if i do i can't sleep at all now my legs are restless and I just got a job whoop but im exhausted fellow mothers advice maybe lol :)
I love sleep... but rarely get the amount of sleep I need due to work or familial responsibilities...so I understand what you mean when you say a good quality of sleep. When I do sleep I try and make the room as comfortable as possible without distractions. i also have those room darkening curtains which help if I need to sleep during the day!
Naps are my best friend! I know you said it messes with your sleep at night though. What about a fast nap, like 30 minutes, just to recharge?
Naps are important especially when you are pregnant. Your body is constantly working to grow a baby so it needs extra rest. Try taking a 20-30 minute walk each day, they should help prevent restless legs but don't walk or exercise for at least 2 hours before bedtime because that will just make it worse. I hope you are able to get some good rest.
