First time mother

My son is 10 weeks old. I read baby newsletters and magazines and notice he is not doing the things a baby his age should? Has anyone else had children behind? I am a first time mother so I am unsure. I believe every child and infant develop at different rates but I would like some input.

Thank you. I feel a little more encouraged and less worried. :) It is nice to be able to connect with other mothers.

I agree with Mandi too. She said it well.

Don't worry about it at all. All kids are different. At that age, the only thing I would be worried about is that he is gaining weight.

I agree with Mandi... when they get older and are in their preschool years this might be an age to worry but until then just let them be!
