How you can show your children affection
Hugs and kisses. Tell them you love them. Hold their hand or arm when they hold yours, I do this a lot with my older girls. Rub their back. Pat their arm or back in empathy.
We do a lot of snuggling in this house. With your children being older, do you find they are less likely to cuddle and just do some less obvious affection, or do they still enjoy curling up next to their mommy to watch TV?? (Yes, I know every kid will be different!)
Just being there for them can mean oodles!
