When did you start to use a bink?
If your gonna try a binky I recommend after 6 weeks old.
I'll say about a month or so old. We found some with the same nipple that's on his bottles so it was a smooth transition. He barely uses a binky anymore.. sometimes when his gums are bugging him but that's it.
Also if you're breast feeding wait til after 6 weeks same for introducing a bottle. Unless you're already bottle feeding then you can start right away with the binky. Pacifiers help reduce the risk of SIDS. My daughter doesn't care for them.
We've already started using a bink, but mainly for late night diaper changes. We currently live in an apartment building that has very thin walls, and we don't want to disturb the neighbors at 3 am because Damian has a dirty diaper. Do you think that using it mainly for that it will be harder for him to kick later?
Should be fine I wouldn't worry too much.
my son was in the NICU 6 weeks after born and he was started with a binkee right away in there
