Time & Changes
I think it takes some time and some changes to your current schedule. Charlie had this bizarre burst of energy at midnight. I had to remind myself that babies only have the routines we give them. So I backed up my schedule a bit, kept him awake for a little while longer before he went down for a nap and went to bed earlier myself. After about 2 weeks it got better. Now he goes to bed around 9:30. Be patient! That's the most important thing, it will not happen overnight but it will happen if you are consistent.
